My Trip To Devon...
Last week on the 20th of August, 1/3 of the Mokoia Intermediate went on a sports exchange to Devon Intermediate in New Plymouth.
1st Day:
On the first day we went on a long bus ride to get to New Plymouth it took about 5 and 1/2 hours, it was real boring. We got billeted by Devon students and stayed a their houses. My billets name was Chloe she was so much fun,I also went with my friend Tegan who stayed with me. Chloe's mum was a hair dresser so we went to her salon and got our hair washed and dried after that we went to the movies to see ' The Guardians Of The Galaxy' It was awesome.
2nd Day: 
This day was the day we played our sport. I played in the girls soccer team (we have never lost against Devon). It was a fantastic game we played really well but we lost 2-4 to Devon. After the long sport day we went to the pools which was really fun it had 2 really fun water slides. One was called the turbo, it went pretty much vertical it was amazing. After the pool was the disco, it was also really fun but it got cut short because the fire alarm went off so we had to wait in the cold. It was still awesome!!!!!!!!
3rd day:
On the 3rd day Devon and Mokoia gathered up to say good bye. Over all in the sports Devon won just 3-4 to them. Besides that Devon was a fantastically amazing experience and it was sad saying good bye!!!!!!!! We hoped in the bus and had a long trip home!

Augustusts is diaignosied with Bone Marrow Cancer.

Among The Hidden: Prediction

AMONG THE HIDDEN:

After luke got his IDcard I think that he will run away and explore the world and find other shadow children. He will try and fight against the govermenet to makeup for Jens loss. As he does that he will get caught and while there find Jen - ALIVE.

This Term we are reading the series Among The Hidden.

We have been reading Wonder for the last term and we are nearly at the end! Our teacher has assigned us to make a prediction. I think August will become very popular and not be the "weird, creepy dude" anymore and Jullian will get court and be in Huge trouble!

Camp Poem

L ights blind me as everone trudges out of their tents and hears "PRESS UP POISITION."                       

A ntartic waters rush  through my lungs like freezing bits of ice .

N aughty boys hop out of their tents not knowing what their in for.

T he silvery stars glisten in the night sky like dimonds.

E vening milos warm me up as the cold winds freeze my finger tips.

R efreshing summer air glides through my face as if im diving into water.

N oisy children scatter the grounds as we start to play spotlight.

S WOOSH, SPLASH, BOOM, CRASH! The waves thunder against the golden sandy floor of Thortan      Beach!
